Our story started on the farm. Farming has been part of our founders' lives for generations, and lamb gave us an opportunity to create something genuinely different in the protein-snack category.

We wanted to introduce more people to lamb in an approachable, convenient format — and the Corderro Lamb Stick was born.

Chicken is one of the world's most familiar protein sources. We wanted to apply the same Corderro philosophy — great taste, simple ingredients and naturally fermented meat — to a protein people already know and love.

Corderro products are made without gluten-containing ingredients.

No. Corderro meat sticks are made without seed oils.

Some Corderro recipes use a small amount of maple syrup as part of the fermentation process. The maple syrup helps feed the starter culture during fermentation and is completely used up during natural fermentation, rather than being added simply to make the product sweet.
